Hypnobirthing is the practice of using hypnosis, together with a variety of proven techniques to allow you to break down barriers, connect with yourself and your baby and achieve a calm and empowering birth. Having been trained by the amazing The Birth Uprising, mine is not your typical form of Hypnobirthing. There shall be plenty of science, evidence and a focus on your rights and preferences in birth. We will look at practical things that may help including breathing techniques, birth planning and affirmations but we will also talk about the science behind why these things work, the body and birth and how your birth team can support you to the best of their ability. I offer both 1-1 and group courses and strive to provide you with as much information and knowledge as you can handle! Working together either 1-1 or in small groups allows us to really drill down to the things that matter to you. I am passionate about delivering an excellent service and you are guaranteed to receive the highest quality training and resources when you decide to train with me. Delivered in calm and relaxing surroundings, my courses allow you and a nominated birth partner (if wanted) the time and space to learn all you need to know and ask anything you feel you need to to feel fully informed and confident in the run up to your birth.
