Service Description

Take some time out for you and allow yourself to drift off in to a state of blissful relaxation. Using a combination of Reiki Healing and Crystal Therapy, we will work with the main energy centres of the body to clear any stagnant or negative energy whilst infusing the body and mind with a state of calm. Leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and refreshed. I am currently offering this service to people pre-conception, from 12 weeks of pregnancy and during the postnatal period. I am here for you at any stage of your parenting journey.
